Service Description
A complimentary 15 minute exploration session where we will determine whether we are a fit to work together and if so, where the journey will begin. Available via Zoom or phone
Cancellation Policy
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 1-day (24 hours) notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling. The regular session fee will be charged for appointments that are missed, and a late cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, Monday through Friday. For example, if you have an appointment on Monday at 10 am you will need to cancel prior to 10 am on the preceding Friday in order to avoid the fee. Having said this, life happens and sometimes we cannot foresee the need to cancel. In this case, please provide as much notice as possible. Thank you.
